Winners In Training provides comprehensive services and activities which include providing free tutoring, school supplies, educational support, counseling, athletic training, equipment, uniforms, and sponsorship to social and sporting events for youth and young adults.

Our organization provides opportunities for children and youth to participate in educational, recreational, athletics, cultural, social and civic activities.

This past year school year 76% of the participants in our program attended Title 1 Schools where they received special instructional or financial support.   Over 88% of our participants made the honor roll and the other 12% barely missed making the honor roll by a few points.


 

 

Winners In Training focuses 100% of its time and resources to help youth and young adults develop their potential and grow into healthy, educated, responsible adults.

W.I.T founders Cornelius and Dr. Delonia Cooley have always had a heart for helping others.  Whether it's serving in various ministries at church to volunteering their time in the community.  

Winners In Training officially started in 2015 when the couple was moved by the testimony of a single mom who couldn't afford to let her son participate in an activity because she couldn't afford the registration fee.

Since September of 2015 our organization has been focused on providing opportunities for children and young adults to participate in educational, recreational, athletics, cultural, social and civic activities.

Winners In Training, also known as W.I.T, is a 501 C3 non-profit organization serving Katy, TX and the greater Houston area children along with their families by teaching and developing life skills to them.
